How Much Is That Doggy In The Window?

I have no idea how much this particuar doggy in the window was but he was more interested in watching the proceedings in the street below.

I had visions of him making a bid for freedom and landing on some unlucky passer by but despite hanging around for quite a few minutes it didn't happen. Now that is a Blip I would have liked to have taken.

Anyway I havent yet caught up with things yet. I am still a blip behind and have not commented much for a few days, but I will probably manage to draw breath at some point over the next day or so and recover my position somewhat; unless someone else has other ideas.
