Tart!

I feel a bit of a cheat blipping a tart that i haven't actually made myself but needs must. The night shift last night was sooo busy but i did deliver 2 pretty little baby girls...Naomi and the other yet to be named. I ended up staying over 2 hours after my shift just to complete the ever increasing paperwork and it was a relief to finally fall into bed for a few hours. I was planning to make myself a healthy tea but it got late by the time i was organised so a cheese sandwich and this little treat will have to do for today. Tomorrow i'll get my act together and have a feast! :-)
