Hyacinth Opening
I took advantage of the good weather and not having to go work until later, to take this hyacinth on the point of opening, which I hope to use for two challenges set this month: The Blipfoto March Challenge for the Nature and Wildlife Group, and the March Challenge for the IBM FarnboroughCamera Club of which I am secretary
As an extra challenge to myself, I decided to try this using a focus stack. I used 6 photos and the freeware program CombineZP. The program is not that intuitive, so I had to read the manual - shock horror - IT people do not tend to read manuals! Still as a first attempt its not too bad.
