Stunning end to a Friday......

The day started with a very scary drive to work... don't think I've ever driven in such thick fog...
and it ended with the most calming walk along the sea wall surrounded by beautiful sunshine...

Sammy was quite well behaved on his walk today because we managed to find a nice secluded spot with no distractions of other dogs or people... there was a small moment of madness though when he managed to find a dirty pair of boxer shorts lying in the long grass and decided to run around franticly with them for about 15 minutes, refusing to drop them!... I have to add he has found and run around with worse things before!!

Today was the final day at work before my weeks holiday, followed by my operation and sick leave.... so this is the start of a nice long break.
Ofcourse how else would you start this time off other than decorating! boo!
Still it really needs done and the quicker I get started, the sooner I'll be able to relax.....
