Proud Mummy Day

Today has been hectic. Local schools cross country races this afternoon, my eldest was the girls team captain for her school. She put so much pressure on herself but performed brilliantly. There was controversy over placings and my photographic evidence of her crossing the line ahead of another child didn't help but she came 6th out of twenty. I actually became to competitive parent I usually hate.
Fun fair tonight in celebration. Now an early night. Rock and role!
