The Hole Widens

Big winds blew all day today, breaking the ice from the shore. The run-off from a week of unseasonably warm weather caused the level of the lake to rise further still. Some sheets of ice are breaking apart. The freezing wind chill must be the only thing keeping spring fishing away.
