Thought it all...

Tonight is charity night on the tv.

They are showing screeds and screeds of sad films of celebrities in awful situations crying over the lives of people whose Lot is horrendous.

Am not saying I don't feel sympathy, am not saying that we shouldn't help, but something is wrong - we've been doing this for almost 30 years of Sport/comic relief and NOTHING has changed.

Every year we are seeing the same countries with worsening situations, people living in the most horrendous poverty, what has happened to the millions raised in the previous years?

Prevention is better than cure they say .... What is the root cause of the problem? Corrupt governments, poor birth control!

Arghhhh. It just makes me bloody mad!
