Magnolia

It looks like Summer has arrived, or at least we're moving into that warm period that happens every year at this time, leaving us later with a lousy Summer and wondering why we were worried about droughts.

The blossoms and Magnolias are coming out in bloom, so what else to photo on such a sunny day? This place is just up the road from us, I couldn't resist the colours against the backdrop of the old house.

We're having a neighbourhood meal tonight where six of us get together in one of the houses, each household is responsible for preparing one dinner course and we end up having a good meal and chat. Tonight is our turn to host (and supply the pudding).
