Morning all,

Another fogbound day here!! Quite good actually as I have another day of floor laying.......I know, I know.....I WILL be careful of the hammer.....don't want matching thumbs !!! ;0)

Coconut cake for energy and sustenance is ready........!!!

Busy busy again but tomorrow we're heading to Edinburgh Castle......last day off before starting shifts again on Monday....bah humbug.....so looking forward to that......this usually means a visit to my favourite restaurant to have my fave dish......Penne Marco Polo......Pasta with duck and plum sauce....(slurp!)...!

Also going to do a favour for my Dad. One of his brothers was killed in Tahiti whilst in the Royal Navy during the war, his name is in the book of rememberance in Edinburgh castle. He has never been able to see this so i said I would go, hopefully photograph it for him so he can see it once and for all. My Uncle lied about his age to get into the Navy, stating he was 18 but was actually 16, he died 2 years later at the tender age of 18, 20 according to the Navy !!!!

Ok....flooring awaits.......like to keep it that way but ............!!!! ;0)
