Beautifully finished retrofit

As I have written before, the main component of our program is retrofitting earthquake-damaged houses.
Over the lapse of the project we have been struggling convincing people of finishing their houses properly with paint. Today I finally ran into a painted and finished retrofit!
Owner driven housing... it results in beautiful surprises!
