This is Chevy Chase Circle, in one of the toniest neighborhoods in the DC area. The charred tree is the scene of a traffic accident Thursday evening. 4 kids in a stolen car were being chased by police; the driver lost control, hit the tree, the car caught fire and two boys aged 14 and 16 in the back seat were incinerated.
