day two of the cambridge folk festival and we're getting the routine sorted

up and out in time to get a good spot. a corral of camp chairs and picnic rugs. pancakes for breakfast and elevenses. warm beer sold in empty plastic milk bottle jugs.

these people were surrounded by standing people all trying to watch a gig. you've got to admire the woman's determination not to give in to the group...

cb2 bought a diabolo with the other half of his worldly wealth

cb1 did even more henna tattoos and sat on a big girl's lap quite a lot

cb2 and i blagged our way in to the guest area to watch kd lang up close. she was fantastic.

and then we saw richard hawley who was amazing too.
