put out the welcome mat

This house has been in this state for years and I just can't believe that it has not been repaired, demolished, or cared for in any way. It is in a fantastic area with a lovely wooded plot and yet it is abandoned. It must be very spooky at night and the blurred black areas from the fence are meant to give you that atmospheric feeling.

I took my camera on the run today just for fun and took all sorts of shots today. I was the 'team photographer' at Nathan's match (3-0 win) but missed Josh's match (2-2 draw).

The day was so lovely that I went for a long overdue run and took lovely photos of daffodils and bluebells as well as this abandoned house.

Must go now for Steve's lasagne. Yum!
