Yellow Noise

Great gig by the excellent Spiro tonight! Journalist Rob Fitzpatrick described them thus:

"Spiro are like Detroit techno played by a travelling band out of a Hardy novel - or Steve Reich playing the cider-scented backroom of a village pub."

He was right!

They have a tune called 'Yellow Noise' which is how Emily Dickinson referred to sunlight (or, more specifically, sunrise)... Perfect for today's glorious weather and for tonight's transition into British Summer Time.

For me it's all about the mandolin so here's Alex Vann - lost in music!
