A hour is lost

"A stopped clocked tells the correct time twice a day"

With a hour lost it seems only right to show a clock.

This is over a ten second exposure on tungsten lighting to give the picture a more more detailed blur on the second hand. A few attempts on natural lighting was far to sharp.
