Tasty Tagine

Day five of our food safari. We were off to Morocco and here is the tagine before the lid went on. It was yet another delicious experience and a fitting finale. Much love and many thanks to O for putting in a magnificent effort for her "parental units" birthdays.

(blipped early yesterday before the destination was announced - we were in Sweden for meatballs. A Jamie Oliver inspired version apparently, with raspberry jam in them!!)
