Nor-west sunset over Kaikoura

Up in Kaikoura for the weekend. Strong nor-west winds make for great skies and wide angle shots. Lots of birds earlier in the day, including a small flock of turnstones that I missed catching in flight, and then ended up on a rock shelf too far away. Never mind, hopefully another chance another day, and posted a landscape shot here instead.

PS....on second thoughts, I have just edited this entry to crop it a little into a slight panaorama, I got annoyed with a dark rock in the foreground. The first version can be seen here
