Continuing from yesterdays blip;
Well, I took the nest down and opened her up. There was a hole in the bottom where the wasp gained entry. There were more paper thin layers inside, which I assume act as insulating layers to keep the incubation conditions constant. Right in the middle were about 30 cells. What a brilliant design.
