Money

My friend J at her Money themed party. It was amazing, they'd printed out about 1500 notes and stuck them everywhere! They'd also made fairy cakes with rice paper money on them! Truly a feat of decorating. I met J while I was at Leeds Uni and we have maintained internet contact ever since. It was really nice to see her again, I'd forgotten how well we get on. I shall have to see her more!

Minor frustration getting to the party, which was in Leeds, as I managed to lose my train ticket within about five minutes of getting it! Ugh. Had to buy a new one, then the ticket instructor informed me that by chosing the 'any route permitted' option I'd spent £3 extra...twice!! Not what I needed to hear.

I thought it would be weird going back to Leeds but I actually didn't really see anywhere I used to live or anything like that, so it wasn't.

Went shopping with my coursemate R in the morning before I left which was nice. Got a pay as you go phone so I can chat to E while he's in Croatia. Also I can now text me friends who are abroad! Woohoo.
