Beauty Emerges, Mar 25

I like to think that I've been missed over this past month or so.. I've been extremely busy with studies and the like, not had a chance to update my blips! In a nutshell, the past month has been eventful, with a tour down to London last weekend to compete in the British School's Head of the River on the Thames with my crew, which I coxed. A scenic course and a well-deserved 11th place for my boys, J18 4+.
Yesterday's weather was horrendous, it was foggy and pretty miserable - a complete contrast to the days before which were around 15 degrees and very sunny. However, the weather sorted itself out, and today it's been ridiculously hot for March. Went for a spin on my fixie this afternoon to pick up some things, and every open grassy area seems to be filled with typical Scottish people - soaking up whatever sun they can. Tops off for the guys, bikini's for the girls.. I even saw a guy playing football in his boxers, which were rolled up for maximum tanning opportunity.
I hope it stays like this for a very long time!
My brother returned home on Friday night, which is always a delight :-) just waiting on my Sunday Roast now!
