Leipäjuusto

Here's something genuinely Finnish I think: leipäjuusto, "bread cheese" (or Finnish squeaky cheese as wikipedia tells me :D)

Pour some cream and caramel sauce on it and stick it into the oven for a while. Yum.

You should serve it with cloudberries or cloudberry jam, but the small grocery store near me doesn't have any and I forgot to go to the supermarket before it was already closed for today. I still have leipäjuusto, cream and caramel sauce so maybe I'll do this dessert again tomorrow and buy some cloudberry jam.
