i woke to sunny physical exershion
before tea my capabilities were limited

tea bagel peanut butter radio four
lent humour from the archers

reflection over future catering
and ay activity

early lunch

walk in the sun

walk the dog

recovery

relax

and off we go.

in my mind at least

into the pub descisions made and conversation to cover
time of patience.
