Mountain Rescue

What a wonderful job the Mountain Rescue do!

We were walking up the Langdale Valley when we heard the sound of a helicopter...

It was yellow in colour, so we knew it was the Mountain Rescue.

Sure enough it went down behind the Langdale Pikes......a short while later it was off again.

Probably taking a walker or climber straight to hospital! Well done!
