Getting the boot

Like most people, we've been enjoying the fine weather today, but we got an earlier look at it than others as we were up and out early doors to get to a boot sale in Holme.

We're moving soon, so we wanted to shift some stuff rather than moving it to our new place and then having to move it again - clever, eh?!

Sadly, I wasn't able to sell Hutch and despite the look on her face, she did enjoy the morning's trading.

All human life can be found at an early morning boot sale and the bargain hunters make David Dickinson look like a first rate amateur.

Anyway, we made a few quick and retired to the garden for the afternoon.

Lovely end to a fine weekend. Three cheers for the introductory summer!!
