Street of Correction

After the party on Thursday I thought I did pretty well to make it to the pub by 12:30 on Friday where I had arranged to meet friends for lunch.

I have tried to make this scene look a little bit sinister, however on a bright sunny day it is not particularly forbidding. The stairs lead up to Union Street, and the tunnel passes underneath. The photograph is taken in Correction Wynd, hence the caption.

After a light lunch the day concluded with a pleasant dinner in town. Sobering up will have to wait for the weekend.
