The difference between mist and no mist = 10°

What a difference 24 hours makes and thank goodness. Summer arrived and knowing how rank some of the so called proper summer can be, we spent the day outside and even some time to soak an assortment of screaming children with the car rinsing pretty low pressure hose.

One advantage of living here is the likelihood of never having a hose pipe ban. I suspect there will be some water fights over the summer, weather permitting.

First time in a while, we ate outside before the end of March, a brilliant feeling. No nettles removed, but dumping of recycling stuff, anti-dampness treatment of el garden shedo, about sixty trips around the block with the number one son, plans for parties, hells teeth even a start to some 'attic emptying' now that is a project and a half.

Tonight a glass of homemade crema di Limoncello from Mrs C. Very sweet but very nice for a change. Time to dig out the Pisang Ambon from some weird retailer.
