The Hunger Games

It's been another wonderfully sunny day here in the Midlands - and in many ways the perfect ending to the weekend.

After waking up I took a trip down the road with Gemma to visit my grandparents - we spent an hour or so there catching up before driving back over to Birmingham.

As it went a bit cooler we headed to the cinema to see the hunger games - a somewhat fitting movie title given that I'm still not fully over the bug that rocked me last week meaning I'm not eating properly.

The movie itself was good - I've not read the book however it did leave me wondering if perhaps the book would be better.

The photo today is one of the bus that was used to transport guests to Fridays wedding. It's a few days out now but it's the latest photo I've received from the big day and it came in to me earlier.

Back to work tomorrow - and the countdown to next weekend will begin.
