War Paint
No1 sons' girlfriend arrived last night demanding a cup of tea.
After having driven 250miles we relented and let her have one.
This morning I couldn't resist blipping her putting on her warpaint before driving another 250 miles home (with No1 son).
She has wonderful eyes which I destroyed.
This afternoon I went through to East Kilbride to see their camera clubs photographic exhibition at Calderglen Country Park. I arrived just in time as it was about to be taken down as the local authority are giving no time to do it and have revoked permission for another show that was due to start on Monday.
I really cannot understand why local authorities seem to have this avertion to allowing amature groups to display their works in public areas.
As we left the building I saw this carved statue.
It is about 20feet high with carved figures at the top and bottom. I have no idea how long it has been there but I liked the splits and lichenthat have arrived with time.
