Not man's best friend - MY best friend <3

No animal I know can consistently be more of a friend and companion as a dog..

This is Jet, my dog - she was old and very ill so we had to have her put down in 2010. Call me sentimental but I miss her - i grew up with her always being there - with a swish of her tail or her favourite dumbbell toy (which still resides in the garden) dropped at your feet, Or that nudge on your arm when you bent down to get something out of a cupboard because if you were on her level it was time for a belly rub!! =]]

I can't won't have anymore animals because I don't want to do that again!

But i miss being around animals so - I've decided to volunteer at a dogs home every weekend if I get accepted that is =]]
