choppers

At a maple syrup event today in Lake Geneva WI. I would have taken my blip of the interesting ways they take the sap from the trees. Or the sap itself which in fact is not brown it is clear like water and tastes like sweet water. This chopper was there instead, calling my full camera attention. Maybe I will consolidate last year's video or images and post them elsewhere for you. let me know if interested I will link in comments.
