Mellow Yellow

As I was walking part of the Annandale Way today with the Dunscore Walking Group, I thought I would blip a nice photo of the hills or of my fellow walkers. However, when we stopped for lunch in the park at Moffat, my eye was drawn to this wonderfully yellow skunk cabbage. A challenge to photograph using a phone, I must say. The walk was a delight, too - warm sunshine, lovely scenery and good company. Even being stung by a wasp ( in March!) couldn't dampen my spirits.
