I love my job. I don't regret the decision I've made to come here and do this despite the connotations that may be attributed by people other than myself. It's not glamorous, it's not "high" paying nor do I see myself progressing anywhere far. But it's a privilege and I'm very lucky. I feel happy. Perhaps some people may not be so lucky, doing jobs just to pay the bills or to even ignore the "nothingness" of being jobless. Whatever the motivation, seeing people take the commute to their work with an expression of despair and emptiness make the handrails and hoops appear like nooses. People will find their way to peace. Either now or beyond.
