mushroom!

This evening I made mushroom risotto for dinner - very tasty! :)

Tomorrow I am off to Reading for my aunt's funeral on Wednesday. I will have my camera and phone with me but I'm not sure how easy it will be for me to post, so there may be a bit of back-blipping at the end of the week.

Think of me as I spend 5 and a 1/2 hours on the coach! :)
