Little Mia was having her bedtime toast when I asked her to smile for me.

She decided to pout & deliver me this icy look instead. Time does fly and eventhough I should realise it with Ferguson, she seems to have grown up so quickly!

A flying visit with Millie & Andy's due to my first training module as an Olympic Ambassador.

Barking tomorrow, then straight back home afterwards!
I'm glad its been sunny, it gave me the opportunity to drive with the roof down & catch some rays!
