While this glorious spring spell continues, I get a sneak preview of what everyone tells me Richmond is like in the summer -- full of people sunning themselves on the riverside. This was taken just after five o'clock so either these people had been there all afternoon or they snuck off work early for a bit of sunshee-iine. Oh, and more boats.
