Smoking ban

Madrid came to the smoking ban in public spaces somewhat late in the day. But as this grill surrounding a tree in Madrid's Barrio Chueca reveals there are still a lot of Ducado's being smoked. That said, waiting for a train in Bridge of Allan the other day I wondered what these odd fat stems emerging from the planter were. Yes you have guessed they were cigarette buts. Nice.
