Amelie called me through to her room, she was stuck among her birthday balloons in her tent.
We have had a pretty lazy morning today. Amelie has had two bowls of cheerios and a cereal bar and I have sorted out our train tickets for travelling up to Scotland before the wedding and I have sent many wedding-related emails. Only 24 days to go!
The train tickets were booked a while ago but when they arrived I noticed that it wasn't clear if my transfer via tube from London Victoria to London Kings Cross was included as part of the ticket price? As well as this, my train from Horley to London Victoria is at 10.41 and my Train from Kings X to Edin is at 12. To me that doesn't seem to leave enough time, especially factoring in potential delays and detours that come from travelling with a small child. The woman on the phone told me I could amend my ticket for a £10 admin fee plus the change in ticket price, which was apparently £30. Eh no thanks, I'll just order myself a new ticket on an earlier train just from Horley to Kings X and that will cost me £13 max....
Not sure what we will get up to this afternoon. We might walk up to the big tesco to price three dozen roses, another wedding related task... I told Amelie she could have a ride on Bob the Builder so we might do that and have a drink in the cafe as well.
I LOVE my two years ago picture, baby lips...aaahhh
