Portugese Custard Tarts

First attempt at making Portugese Custard Tarts. I don't even like custard (apart from school dinners style chocolate custard) but I ate two of them straght from the oven! Recipe from Simon Rimmer on the BBC website recipe finder. Used Taylor & Colledge's Vanilla Paste in place of a vanilla pod.
