Bike frame

Came out of the train station at University today to find this poor bike chained to the railing - all that is left is the frame - I very much doubt the owner left it this way - however if he/she has I am imagining someone carrying around a seat, wheels, handles etc etc ........

Another gorgeous day I am really enjoying biking in this weather - nice way to relax and get fit.
