Grouse on a post

Clocks have changed, light in the evenings. Today heralded the start of the cycling to work season. My cycle to work involves a climb of about 300m which apparently features on the list of 100 Great Cycling hill climbs - Oxnop Scar for anyone interested. This was on the way home back up the same hill from the Wensleydale side with a beautiful red grouse posing beside a view of Ellerkin Scar and giving me a welcome break from the gruelling uphill from Askrigg.
