Feeding the 500

I did try and convince some work colleagues that forming a 500 on the ground so I could shoot them from the office was a great idea, but sadly no takers.

Despite the gorgeous weather I didn't make it out of the office until home time and time for my run - still no blip.

Thankfully the cupboard wasn't bare :-)

Having my iphone and using the blip app has meant that I've been a more consistent blipper since my last landmark, although I'm not sure its improved the quality (one step at a time hey?)

Thank you all that take the time to look and comment at my efforts and the rest for all just being here for me to look at.
