Summer evening?

What a lovely evening? Home early (as a short work contract has come to an end today) and I thought I go out for an early evening run, in the daylight, sunshine (!) and warm weather. And fantastic it was too. (Not that I really run as lopsided as this!)

Bit knackered now though. The weather makes you feel good, and think you are fitter than you really are!!
