New Mexico Vista

Looking from Placitas across the Rio Grande Valley towards the Jemez. I have always loved the different heights of the mesa. Basically it was all level once and over the past million years or so the mesa has been ripped up by faults and probably earthquakes. It is this vista and so many like it with all the layers and shapes and the vast blue sky tha obsess me.
