Tonight we had a Sayonara party for all the host families and students. The kids cooked delicious Japanese food for us to feast upon and then entertained us with a song and dance performance. It was lovely!
I had hoped to post one of the shots I took tonight of the party but am too embarrassed. I really need to work on my people shots - it is just not my strong point.
For me, photography is about going off in my own little world and discovering hidden moments of beauty. It is very much a solitary experience and that is when I feel most creative!
