Dunnit!

Just got back from my interview - hard to say how it went, really. All of the candidates were sat together in the staff room at first and obviously we all want the job so I felt a bit awkward but it was actually nice to chat to them over a coffee. I then had a more formal interview on my own while another candidate had a tour of the school then we swapped over.

I think everyone they've seen today is perfectly well-qualified, if perhaps each with slightly different strengths and experience, so I think it will just come down to who they like the most, who's personality they think will fit in best with the school.

I enjoyed seeing the school and meeting some of the staff and I'm sure it would be a terrific place to work. It's a really lovely place and they even have their own farm, which is where I saw this little family.

Now I just have to find a way to stop all the things I should have said from running through my head!
