The explanation

Another of my Magritte series. I pointed out to a friend that the theme today was 'Hairy' and that I'd have to do some more photographs after this one to show the hair. I was basically going to put a 'wig' of hair on the carrot.

At which point my friend pointed out that this was a surreal piece of work, and therefore could be used for any theme. As Magritte's title for this piece was 'the explanation' - which you'd have to read to get the connection - I decided I liked my friends idea better :D
