Nowt to do with the image whatsoever nor nowt to do with my mood either. I'm tip-top. Almost feels like I'm on holiday already.

The plan to fit what would normally be a week's worth of swimming into four days has nearly come to fruition. Feels alright, wouldn't want to compress it like this every week but it's OK, no more knackered than usual.
