Spring's Sprung

You know winter's over when every coffee shop in Canada's got maple on the menu . . . maple-flavoured coffee, maple-flavoured tea (really), maple cakes, maple scones, maple doughnuts and maple muffins . . . it's only a week since the maple sap started to flow, but we're already wondering when/if it'll end.
