Barge + car + rotary clothes line.

I was having a glass of something cool at the Calypso Cafe, at Barge Pleine, Bruges. I did a double take when I saw this. A saloon car on the deck of this huge barge. There was the obligatory small boat, and a rotary clothes line. If you look carefully, you will see Madame bargee, pegging out Monday's washing. After three, "Monday is washing day, is everybody happy? ..."
