The Stewart & McDonald Building.

Covering 6 floors in Argyle Street and Buchanan Street, the building was originally designed as a warehouse for Stewart and McDonald, drapers. The building has two atlantes guarding the door, there are decorative masks and medallions on all 3 frontages (Argyle Street, Buchanan Street and Mitchell Street) between the 2nd & 3rd floors and there are also female figures, high up on either side of the oculus.
